Terrorism From Within

Folks, terrorist activity is continuing to turn its ugly head to domestically born and domestically residing traitors to this country...all in the name of Allah!

The most recent story is breaking today with Mohamed Mahmoud Alessa, 20, of North Bergen, New Jersey, and Carlos Eduardo Almonte, 24, of Elmwood Park, New Jersey. These two were taken into custody yesterday, June 5, 2010 at John F. Kennedy International Airport. Their intentions were to fly separately to Egypt with their final destination as Somalia. The plans were to join up with terrorist organization Al-Shabaab and wage violent jihad; conspiring to kill, maim and kidnap people outside the United States.

Also, we cannot forget Jihad Jane. The woman from Pennsylvania who via the Internet was massing support and materials needed for Islamic terrorists.

Thinking back to September 11, a major concern for many people with children of school age was, "Are my children going to school with killers in training?" This thought process was not the pandemic of racial profiling, rather it was an immediate fear reaction due to the nature of what had occurred that horrible day. My children were in grade school at the time and I myself found myself questioning that very perspective.

It seems that despite where a person lives these days, the possibility of having some form of terrorist plot developing is a plausible consideration. And, with the way the gestapo government of ours is proceeding; along with Barry Soetoro's hand at the wheel of the ship, it seems more important than ever to uphold our second amendment rights. The second amendment gives us the right to keep and bear arms.

Let us also not forget the Fort Hood Massacre. Nidal Malik Hasan, a U.S. Army Major, and a psychiatrist is home grown in the United States, descends from Palestinian origin and is Muslim. He also has ties to the Al Qaeda. A part of the history and criminal theory of Major Hasan is that his view of the war changed tremendously after hearing stories from others who had done their tours in Iraq and Afghanistan. In addition, he attended the same Mosque at the same time as Nawaf al-Hazmi and Hani Hanjour, two of the hijackers in the September 11 attacks. In finality, Hasan's behavior changed to murderous activity just before he was to be deployed.

September 11 was a wake up call to America, but we have learned that we cannot just be on the look out for "foreign" threats. We now have to also be vigilant to home grown threats that can appear just as Yankee Doodle as the kid next door.

Still, like many who to this day still insist that the Holocaust did not happen, there are those who will be pounding a fist stating that terrorism is not happening either. Or, they will go to their deathbeds insisting that a home grown was never a threat to society or to this nation.

Our safety is not improved any when Barry Soetoro fluffs off about incidents such as the Underwear Bomber or Major Nidal Hasan. Especially when Barry seems to go out of his way to stick his foot in his mouth repeatedly by not responding in a timely fashion or by giving some teleprompted runoff that there was never any real danger.

Common sense would dictate that we continue to move forward with our lives but it would also educate us to be careful with our activities - foreign or domestic.

Keep vigilant and take nothing for granted. Keep fighting to keep the Constitution in its original form so that your rights are continued. In finality, remember that it's not paranoia if they're really after you. In this case, the terrorists are determined to bring the United States of America crashing down around us and they do not care if you or I are in the way.

Illegal Immigration

Hats off to Arizona on their Immigration bill. Applause also to Pennsylvania for following in Arizona's footsteps. Cheers to Tennessee for making it so employers do not have to hire you if you cannot speak English, and also one does not have to be bi-lingual in order to apply for a job now as well. Kudos that Arkansas has the law set that English is the official language of the state. New Jersey and other states are also beginning to follow suit.

So while the ticker tape is falling and balloons are floating in celebration of states in our country taking a stand against illegal immigration, one has to wonder what in God's name is going through the minds of our government in Washington, D.C.

Well, we know that Barrack Obama, aka Barry Soetoro is not happy. This isn't an opinion; this is fact. He's had his gestapo threaten law suits against Arizona and now he's promising cooperation to Jan Brewer, Governor of Arizona? Hmmmm, I think I smell a rat!

"Today I'm farther ahead than I was yesterday," Mrs. Brewer, a Republican who has been thrust into the national spotlight as the immigration issue heats up, told reporters after the meeting at the White House.

Well Ms. Brewer, I suggest you get that in writing, with a signature that you witness, in triplicate form! If you haven't caught on yet, Barry doesn't follow up with what he says verbally. And if you are going to fight this fight and win, you need a paper trail with Barry's paw prints and signatures all over those promises. Especially since he won't discuss that law suit against your state, Ms. Brewer.

I think it is a clear summation that Barry is going to pat heads as long as he can and while one is not looking, he'll continue being the wolf that offers to take the Gingerbread Man across the lake. I call that dangerous waters! Better man that life jacket.

Twelve hundred troops is not going to solve any problems with illegal immigrants coming across the border. That is like putting a band-aid on a severed artery. It's just not going to hold or solve the problem.

The law specifically prohibits racial profiling, but Barry has said he still fears the measure could violate civil rights and lead to racial profiling. In reality, what Barry is really worried about is that his illegal butt will be ousted on treason charges, amongst other charges.

Well, Ms. Brewer, I hope your ready for the long haul, because our real problem of illegal immigration is not going to be solved until the impostor sitting in the White House has been removed, tried and sentenced. Only then, will we really be able to get a strong hold over our borders and fix the problem completely.

Helen Thomas Needs To Retire

Once again my head spins...I think I do it now better than Linda Blair did it in the Exorcist!

Helen Thomas recently stated to another reporter, when asked if she had any comments about Israel. She said, "tell them to get the hell out of of Palestine. Remember, these people are occupied and its their land. It's not German or Poland." She was then asked, well, where should they go? What should they do? Helen replied, "Go home." The reporter says, Where is home? Helen states, "Poland. Germany. And America and everywhere else!"

VIEW VIDEO CLIP OF THIS INTERVIEW

This woman is a reporter but apparently doesn't know her facts and history to well does she? I sure do not think so!

The Bible says that Israel was the promised land. Who said that? God.

The Jews were mass murdered in Germany, and in Poland during World War II because of Adolf Hitler. Why in the world would they want to leave the promised land (Israel) that they fought for long before the time of Christ?

America and Israel have been allies for quite a while now, even though strains on that relationship have been twisted hard by Barrack Obama, aka Barry Soetoro.

My personal opinion is that Helen Thomas needs to be retired permanently from any public forum. Perhaps a nice old folks home in Germany or in Poland would do since she seems to feel that its fine for Israelis to go there. And since she is of Lebanese descent; her parents being Lebanese immigrants to this country, I'm sure that they will open their arms to her and welcome her home.

In addition, the anti-semitic statements that seems to spew from her mouth on a consistent basis is nothing more than, as the line was stated by Lindsay Lohan in the movie, Mean Girls, "Word Vomit". There is no thinking before it comes, it just appears.

Lest we forget about what Helen Thomas stated back in December of 2007 regarding any person who blogs or reports news on the Internet: She stated: citizen journalists and bloggers are “dangerous” on a HufPo blog of Dec. 4th.

Helen Thomas is infamous for badgering politicians and governmental officials to own up to their mistakes; however, she appeases herself as perfect. She has said, I don't have any mistakes to tell you about.

Last I checked, the only one being without flaw is God. But I suppose in her 90+ years she has acclimated herself to a point of perfection in her own mind.

The world will be a better place if Miss Thomas finds a nice quiet retirement home and is ousted from the public eye. One can only reason that her purpose for still rambling on the air is simply so somebody will have to listen to her.

It's time to say, Miss Thomas...enough is enough and your services are no longer needed.

Where is the common sense with the Gulf Oil Spill?

I sometimes just sit back here in my chair in absolute amazement as I watch people from all walks of life in this country burn out what is most precious to the body to control all functions - the brain. Folks, I'm talking about a lobotomy of common sense. To find victims of this mass infliction, all you need to do is turn on your radio, television or simply walk out your front door.

With this said, I think some things first need to be clarified about what is happening in and around our country right now.

The oil spill that originated in the Gulf of Mexico. It is not George W. Bush's fault, nor is it Barrack Obama's aka Barry Soetoro's fault. If one is going to place blame on anybody, it needs to be completely directed at BP (British Petroleum).

Here is an overview from 1993 to present of BP's problems:

BP, since 1993, has been having problems. Back in September of 1999, one of BP's US subsidiaries, BP Exploration Alaska; otherwise known as BPXA. committed to rectify issues conjoined with the illegal dumping of hazardous wastes on the Alaska North Slope for a whopping figure of $22 million dollars. The agreement that was settled on, included a maximum criminal fine of $500,000 dollars, civil penalties amounting to $6.5 million dollars, and BP’s establishment of a $15 million environmental management system at all of BP facilities in the US and Gulf of Mexico that are engaged in oil exploration, drilling or production. The charges stemmed from the 1993 to 1995 dumping of hazardous wastes on Endicott Island, Alaska by BP’s contractor Doyon Drilling. The firm criminally expelled waste oil, paint thinner and other toxic and hazardous substances by injecting them down the outer rim, or annuli, of the oil wells. BPXA failed to report the illegal injections when it learned of the conduct, in violation of the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act.

In March of 2005, BP's Texas City, Texas refinery, one of its largest refineries, exploded causing 15 deaths, injuring 180 people and forcing thousands of nearby residents to remain sheltered in their homes. A large column filled with hydrocarbon overflowed to form a vapor cloud, which ignited. The explosion caused all the casualties and substantial damage to the rest of the plant. The incident came as the culmination of a series of less serious accidents at the refinery, and the engineering problems were not addressed by the management. Maintenance and safety at the plant had been cut as a cost-saving measure, the responsibility ultimately resting with executives in London. OSHA found "organizational and safety deficiencies at all levels of the BP Corporation" and said management failures could be traced from Texas to London.

The company pleaded guilty to a felony violation of the Clean Air Act, was fined $50 million, and sentenced to three years probation.

On October 30, 2009, the US Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) fined BP an additional $87 million — the largest fine in OSHA history — for failing to correct safety hazards revealed in the 2005 explosion. Inspectors found 270 safety violations that had been previously cited but not fixed and 439 new violations. BP is appealing that fine.

In July 2006 a worker was crushed between a pipe stack and mechanical lift.

In August of 2006, BP shut down oil operations in Prudhoe Bay, Alaska, due to corrosion in pipelines leading up to the Alaska Pipeline. The wells were leaking insulating agent called Arctic pack, consisting of crude oil and diesel fuel, between the wells and ice. BP had spilled over one million liters of oil in Alaska's North Slope.

Four BP energy traders in Houston were charged with manipulating prices of propane in October 2007. As part of the settlement of the case, BP paid the US government a $303 million fine, the largest commodity market settlement ever in the US. The settlement included a $125 million civil fine to the Commodity Futures Trading Commission, $100 million to the Justice Department, $53.3 million to a restitution fund for purchasers of the propane BP sold, and $25 million to a US Postal Service consumer fraud education fund.

In May 2010, the Supreme Court of Arbitration of the Russian Federation agreed in support of the country’s anti-monopoly service’s decision to a 1.1 billion Ruble fine ($35.2 million) against TNK/BP, a 50/50 joint venture, for abusing antitrust legislation and setting artificially high oil products prices in 2008, TNK and BP declined comment.

On May of 2007, the company announced another partial field shutdown owing to leaks of water at a separation plant. Their action was interpreted as another example of fallout from a decision to cut maintenance of the pipeline and associated facilities.

In June of 2007, a worker was electrocuted.

On 16 October 2007 Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation officials reported a toxic spill of methanol (methyl alcohol) at the Prudhoe Bay oil field managed by BP PLC. Nearly 2,000 gallons of mostly methanol, mixed with some crude oil and water, spilled onto a frozen tundra pond as well as a gravel pad from a pipeline.

In January of 2008, a worker was killed by a 500-pound piece of metal that came loose under high pressure and hit him.

On April 1 2009, a Bond Offshore Helicopters (Euro-copter AS332 Super Puma) ferrying workers from BP's platform in the Miller oilfield in the North Sea off Scotland crashed in good weather killing all 16 on board.

On April 20, 2010, a semi-submersible exploratory offshore drilling rig in the Gulf of Mexico exploded after a blowout and sank two days later, killing eleven people and causing a massive oil spill threatening the coast of Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Texas, and Florida. The rig is owned and operated by Trans-ocean Ltd on behalf of BP, which is the majority owner of the oil field.

SOURCE OF DATA

To date, the problem has yet to be resolved.

Now common sense applies here folks. The problems all route back to the CEO's and other decision makers who are employed by BP. Past and present Presidents did not cause these violations against humanity to happen. Greedy and unconcerned mongrels seeking to fill their pockets are the cause. A good criminal is one who will say in court, "yes we will fix this problem and pay the fines and costs involved", only to walk out the door, laugh and never turn back.

As for the hundreds, if not thousands of folks who have been put out of work due to this latest catastrophe, they should begin a class action suit against BP for lost wages, along with any suffrage's for loss of home, place of work, loss or damage of equipment, etc.

I believe also that if any company such as BP does not want to correct the issues within a 30 day period of the time they are found non-compliant, then all personnel should be ordered off the rig and the rig should be shut down without compensation pay to the corporate heads only, and the workers that are forced out of work, paid handsomely while they seek work elsewhere.

But for Heaven sake.... let's use that God given common sense that the good Lord gave us and stop blaming every other person on earth for the failure to do their job by BP.
